Meet Candice Ramsey

Candice is a certified professional coach, licensed marriage and family therapist, and the founder and CEO of Mahogany Coaching and Consulting LLC. With a deep psychological understanding of human behavior, she combines that expertise with certifications in the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and Emotional Intelligence to help women unlock their full potential.

With over 15 years of experience as a talent and organizational development leader, she has coached over 400 leaders, guiding them to embrace their unique strengths and live with authenticity. Her own journey, shaped by learning to align with her natural style of being, drives her passion for empowering others to break through self-limiting patterns and lead more fulfilling lives.

Today, she is dedicated to helping women who feel unseen, misunderstood, and/or undervalued reclaim their power, leveraging the insights of The Enneagram to achieve transformative results personally and professionally.

Candice is also a Reiki master practitioner, sound healer, and meditation teacher. While formally only using these services for herself and a close circle of friends and family, Candice knows the power of holistic wellness and is soon launching these services to the public to spread the power of healing and self-care. 

Meet Kia Brooks

As the founder of Relax, Relate, Reclaim, LLC, Kia L. Brooks, M.EDC brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to mental wellness and movement.

Drawing from her background as an educator and counselor, she creates safe spaces for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Kia's holistic practice is enhanced through her innovative KiMOVES yoga platform, where she combines traditional yoga practices with her expertise in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and meditation. Certified through Breathe 4 Change, her yoga sessions transcend physical postures to nurture mind-body connection and emotional wellbeing. Through KiMOVES, she offers accessible pathways to healing for diverse populations, honoring each individual's unique journey.

With a Master's in Counseling from Wilmington University and extensive experience as a Master's Level Therapist with organizations like Black Men Heal, Kia provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Her intersectional approach acknowledges the complex interplay between mental health, cultural identity, and lived experience.

Whether supporting clients in one-on-one therapy sessions, facilitating group workshops, or guiding students through mindful movement, Kia remains dedicated to her core mission: empowering individuals to relax into self-awareness, relate to their authentic selves, and reclaim their path to wholeness and wellbeing.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
