Monday Spa Club was born from my own struggle to balance work and wellness. As a therapist and writer, I knew the power of self-care—but I also knew how hard it was to make time for it. Every Sunday night, I used to dread the week ahead and Mondays felt like a weight.
What started as a personal love for the spa, has turned into a movement for women like us—busy, ambitious, and deserving of ease.

This special edition Monday Spa Club retreat is an All White Spa Day — ladies are encouraged to wear their favorite white swimsuits, coverups, linen or lounge sets as we relax, recharge, and enjoy the beautiful spa pools overlooking the NYC skyline.
Set against breathtaking Manhattan skyline views, QC Spa offers a peaceful escape featuring thermal pools, calming steam baths, and cozy relaxation lounges designed for slow, intentional rest. Strike a Pose! Think soft, effortless spa luxury. Ladies are encouraged to wear white or off-white spa attire such as white bathing suits, linen sets, lounge sets, or light summer cover-ups. Ivory and soft cream tones are welcome too.

QC Spa is located on Governors Island, and guests must take a ferry to access the property.
✨ Your ferry ticket is already included in your retreat price — no extra planning needed.
We’ll travel together by bus, then continue the journey by ferry for a seamless arrival experience.
